Please inspect your item carefully upon purchase; in rare cases, if any item is deemed defective within 15 days of purchase, store credit will be issued.

Some stones may contain natural chips and/or minor cracks and are not considered defects. Non-defective items are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.

Exchanges are only possible if the same item is available as some items are limited in quantity. In the case your situation qualifies for an exchange but an item is not available, we will issue a store credit.

Please note that shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
